Season ticket renewal at Manchester Utd

A lady complained on behalf of her 85 years old father (Mr D), and his cousin (Mr S), that the Club had unjustly denied them season tickets for 2021/22. She contended that Mr D had not been notified of a change in the ticketing system and that, although Mr S had elected to renew his season ticket for 2021/22, the Club had wrongly recorded that he had elected to take a one-year break.
