The Supporter’s complaint relates to a ban they received from the Club for their alleged refusal to follow a safety instruction and assault of a steward at a home match on 25 November 2023 (the “incident”).

The Supporter’s complaint relates to a ban that they received from the Club for the alleged use of antisemitic language during the Club’s home fixture against Tottenham Hotspur FC, on 03 December 2023.

An incident on 12 November 2022 transpired outside a pub (“the Pub”) in the vicinity of the Ground.

In 2004, following a football related fight away from the stadium, the Supporter was charged with and later convicted of a violence-related offence and received a two-and-a-half-year prison sentence and a seven-year Football Banning Order (“FBO”).

The claim relates to an indefinite ban imposed by the Club on the Supporter after an incident on 12 January 2023 at the home fixture against Chelsea.

The Supporter’s complaint relates to a sanction regarding their behaviour at the home fixture against Tottenham Hotspur FC on 11 February 2023. The Supporter stated in their Application to the IFO that early in the first half they placed their foot on the seat in front for comfort; the seat being empty.

The complaint originated out of circumstances leading up to the Leeds v Brighton fixture on Saturday 11 March 2023, which the Supporter was due to attend with their son.

A Brighton supporter complained about a Club sanction imposed on them following an incident involving a steward. The Supporter received a three-year Football Banning Order (“FBO”) at Brighton Magistrates’ Court which was terminated after two years, upon application by the Supporter.

The Complainant was arrested for allegedly headbutting a steward at the League 1 Play Off Final which took place at Wembley on 21 May 2022.
