This is the adjudication of the Independent Football Ombudsman following a complaint submitted by the Claimant regarding an indefinite Club ban issued by Harrogate Town AFC (the Club) on 18 December 2025.
The Claimant disputes the fairness of the process adopted by the Club. The Claimant confirmed that they were not asking the IFO to determine whether the ban itself was justified, but whether the Club followed a fair process.
